Shipping
How is shipping calculated? We have a standard shipping rate of $5 per order. We do not offer expedited shipping. You should expect to receive your order in 2-5 business days, a tracking number will be emailed to you once the package has been shipped. If you happen to place your order and realize something is not correct (address, sizes, items etc.) please call the store immediately and we can assist you.
In-Store Pick Up
If you choose to order online and pick up in-store (Peacocks & Pearls Owensboro) you can collect your items the following day. When you arrive at the store tell an employee you are there to pick up an online order. Please be prepared to show your ID when you come in.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Peacocks & Pearls you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 10 days of purchase, returns will be accepted as long as the package is post marked within the 10 days after the purchase. You may return for store credit an additional 20 days after the purchase date. Should you need to return items you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Peacocks & Pearls Owensboro (4431 Springhill Drive, Suite B, Owensboro, KY 42303.). Returns must be unworn and in the state you received them. No returns will be accepted on items with discounts of 30% or more. Merchandise returned without original tags attached or a damaged tag will not be accepted for a refund.
How to return:
1. Email shoppeacocksandpearls@gmail.com, include your name, phone number, and what you will be sending back to us.
2. Mail your package to Peacocks & Pearls Owensboro: 4431 Springhill Drive, Suite B, Owensboro, KY 42303. Include your receipt and phone number in package.
3. Once we have received the package we will issue a refund to the original form of payment or in store credit per our return policy.

We try to keep the website up to date with what is on our Instagram page, but if there is an item featured on Instagram and you cannot find it online please call or text our Owensboro store! We will either check you out over the phone or update the website so that item can be accessed online.
